Heidelberg:

Full time ab-initio PPL and CPL students will be accommodated at our new hostel accommodation and operations complex in Heidelberg, just 25 minutes driving time from Johannesburg.

The Heidelberg hostel complex consists of 220 student rooms, an instructor accommodation wing, 8 apartments, 3 houses, a commercial kitchen with a cafeteria capable of seating and feeding over 500 people, 2 large lounge / recreational halls, a laundry facility, lecture rooms, offices and more.

The airfield is less than 3 kms from the hostel and students eat, sleep, study, brief and de-brief at the hostel complex. A shuttle transports students and instructors between the airfield and hostel every hour. Shopping and entertainment facilties are within walking distance of the hostel and the town and surrounding areas are very safe.
